Web app coding since the '00s.. HTML/CSS/MySQL/PHP.. followed by Bootstrap and jQuery. Fedora XGL Done Quick HOWTO and Repo. Started coding paste.org in the mid 00s.
Making use of Internet of Things since '10s. Forgoing my free gapps legacy profiles due to privacy concerns and general public sentiment. Started using Bing as my default search engine. Setup of three business and one personal internet servers. Home Automation ecosystem more recently.

Yes, i create the web apps from scratch, sometimes answer the phone, respond to all emails regarding sales and support, sometimes fix typos, invoicing, maintain the web servers including updates and daily backups, the PBX and IoTs ecosystem, some Photoshop editing too.
Generally speaking the only emails i initiate are usually invoice related -- that is, i don't bother clients trying to on-sell other products or services, unless it's an apple for apple conversion to their monetary advantage such as migrating to new economical servers. I have some clients that have been with me for almost two decades now. That's the depth.
